I picked this book up late in the evening, expecting to read enough to get a feel for the plot. The next thing I knew, I had read half of the book, and it was an hour past my bedtime. I slept uncomfortably as I subconsciously worked on the dilemma facing the couples who were the central characters. I rose early and finished the book, not able to wonder about the ending any longer. A gripping read with very descriptive and imaginative passages.
